Rain, Rain Go Away

Monday morning and it's still rainy.  It's supposed to clear up by midday.  Let's hope.

    It's supposed to rain there. Usage of the British flag does that to a nation.

    Fortunately, sunny skies are forecast the rest of the week. But isn't that why the Brits moved here? Or Santa Monica.
